Languages of minorities in Italy

The Constitution of the Italian Republic (art. 6) and the law 482/1999 protect languages and cultures of 12 populations: Albanians, Catalans, Germans, Greeks, Slovenes, Croats, and groups speaking French, Provençal, Friulian, Ladin [Rhaeto-Romanic], Occitanian, and Sardinian.
Ten years later, a new plan ("circular" 64/July 23, 2008) of the Ministry of Education [Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione], proposes the implementation of the method CLIL 'Content and Language Integrated Learning', available on Eurydice [the Information network on Education in Europe] and Indire [recently renamed Agenzia Nazionale per lo Sviluppo dell'Autonomia Scolastica].
