On the occasion of the Bicentennial of Brera, three paintings by Caravaggio will be displayed in Milan: 'The boy with a basket of fruit' from the Borghese Gallery, 'The Musicians' from the Metropolitan Museum, New York and the version of the 'Dinner in Emmaus' now at the National Gallery, London. The last one will be compared with those owned by the Picture Gallery.
The exhibition, titled 'Brera ospita: Caravaggio', (catalog) will start Jan. 16 and last till March. 29.
