Starting Sept. 12, 2009 -the 700th anniversary of "Costituto Senese"- through May 2010, Siena organizes the Festival “La città del Sì” (inspired by Dante’s famous quote about the use of the vulgar) that will include entertainment, exhibitions, lessons, conventions and much more.
