Open Restauration of the Assumption of the Virgin by Vasari (Arezzo, from Nov. 6)

The restoration workshop of the Assunzione della Vergine con gli Apostoli, i Santi Agostino e Romualdo, e il committente by Giorgio Vasari, located inside the Corte d'Onore of the Arezzo City Hall (via della Libertà 1), is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11am to 1pm and from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.

"The second step of the event will focus on the US exhibition of the restored Pala dell'Assunta by Giorgio Vasari, signed and dated 1539. The Pala will be hosted by one of the most prestigious museums in Washington DC and/or New York. More information will be disclosed once all the necessary documentation is formalized. "
