Deborah Young, chief international film critic of “The Hollywood Reporter", will direct the Taormina Film Fest 54th edition for the second time this year. The program of the festival, which runs from June 15 to June 21, will include
1. Toby Dammit, the middle episode of Spirits of the Dead, directed in 1968 by Federico Fellini and restored by director of photography Giuseppe Rotunno, which has been previewed at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City on April 28 in the "Restored / Rediscovered" section.
2. The Goodfather (Il Padrino) by Francis Ford Coppola, 1972 (Part 1), a restored version by Robert A. Harris.
