Bernini and the Birth of Baroque Portrait Sculpture, the first important exhibit of Bernini in North America, opens at the Getty Museum in Malibu on August 5. Organized by the Getty Museum and the National Gallery of Canada, the the exhibit is composed of nearly 60 works by Bernini and other Baroque artists.
