Galileo's unknown annotations discovered

Unknown annotations made by Galileo have been discovered by Luisa Pigatto in an Italian edition of Euclid's Optics, the earliest surviving Greek treatise on perspective, translated by Ignazio Danti in 1573 and titled Prospettive [Perspective; Google Books]. The announcement has been made during the symposium "Astronomy and its Instruments Before and After Galileo" .
